To deter credit card fraud, when you confirm your online order, your IP address will be logged. If we determine that YOUR order is an attempted fraud, your details will be reported to credit card authorities and the police station closest to YOUR delivery address for investigation.

As well as protecting the privacy of our customers information, we also work with State and Australian Federal police in monitoring and investigating all fraudulent transactions placed on our shopping site. Every fraudulent transaction that occurs effects the reputation of all reputable shopping sites such as ours, so we warn any would be fraudster that we will go to extra lengths to track you down and put you out of business.

When making your purchases on our secure server, you are protected by 128-bit encryption Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. By using SSL technology, your order information is encrypted to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than Go Pay Pty Ltd. In the unlikely event that you are subject to fraudulent charges, remember to immediately notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures

Delivery Within Australia

All products are dispatched via Registered mail and are insured for your protection. A signature will be required to accept delivery of the goods. As a part of our support to you Beaut Gems will incur freight expenses so the price you pay for the gemstone represents your total payment.

Please allow up to 7 days for delivery but on most occasions delivery will be achieved within 3-5 days.

International Delivery

Depending on the nature and total value of the items in the parcel, we generally ship overseas via Registered Priority Airmail or Fedex (International Priority). Please note that Fedex cannot deliver to a Post Office Box address. Registered airmail does not have online parcel tracking but is nonetheless very reliable.

International Delivery Duties/Taxes

Please note that international orders for deliveries outside Australia may be subjected to import duties and taxes by the receiving country. All additional charges for customs clearance, import/customs duties and taxes are payable by you (the customer/recipient). Such charges are not the responsibility of Beaut Gems. You should contact your customs office for further information.

GST

Prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are GST (Goods & Services Tax) inclusive. Overseas purchasers are not required to pay the GST and this will be deducted and detailed on your invoice. If we have made an error in pricing, we will notify you of the correct price and give you the option to cancel. Prices may also be subject to change without notice. A Tax Invoice will be included with your order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard and do not charge for these services. You can also send a money order to our postal address: Beaut Gems, PO Box 1395, Cleveland QLD 4163. Your order is processed once payment has been received

The Right to Change Prices and Cancel Orders Without Notice

We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Beaut Gems reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card. We will inform you as soon as possible of any changes in prices, or cancellation of orders. Should for any reason that they goods you have ordered are not available, Beaut Gems undertakes to advise you of this within 2 days of the submission of your order. Advice will be via email and/or telephone.

Privacy Policy

Your information will only be used to process your order. We will not reveal your personal information to any external organisation except where necessary for the purpose of filling your order (e.g. financial institutions that issued your credit card and courier companies that deliver your order). However, if any of the information you supply is found to be false or misleading, we will report this to the appropriate authorities for them to prosecute

Return Policy

Repeat customers are the lifeblood of every business and we at Beaut Gems aim is that every customer should be 100% satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that it is difficult to buy gemstones online without seeing them in person first and there are problematic issues with photographing gemstones. For these reasons, we guarantee a full refund of your purchase price if you are unhappy with your gemstone acquisitions. From the time you receive your shipment, you have 10 days in which to carefully inspect your item. If you feel that you would like to return them, just contact us within this time and we will cheerfully refund your money. Return Postage not included.

Gemstone Photographs

Gemstones by nature have unique refractive properties that deal with light in different ways and gemstones may differ in colour depending upon the light to which they are subjected. A consequence of this is that gemstone photography is an extremely specialised and difficult task. Beaut Gems takes particular care in photographing their gemstones to ensure you have the photographs available to make the most informed decision. Whilst every care is taken to ensure the photograph is the most accurate representation of the gemstone, there may be colour variations from time to time, from light source to light source. Nonetheless, we have the confidence in our gemstones to provide a 100% refund if not completely happy conditional that the gemstones are returned in their original condition.
